Directions of Use

For internal & external use: Take 1-3 teaspoons of Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Can also be drizzled over a salad or blended into a smoothie. Massage externally into affected area daily.

Storage:

Store Fushi Organic Sesame Seed Oil in a cool dark place. Oil should be used within 6 months once it has been opened.
