For a flavourful Japanese Dashi broth, boil a few Clearspring Organic Japanese Shiitake Dried Mushrooms and their soaking water with a small strip of Clearspring Japanese Kombu 50g sea vegetable for fifteen minutes.

You may also wish to use Clearspring Organic Japanese Shiitake Dried Mushrooms as a base for Miso Soup or season to taste with Soya sauce.

Directions of Use

To prepare, soak Clearspring Organic Japanese Shiitake Dried Mushrooms for thirty minutes in warm water, remove any hard stems, slices if desired and cook.
