What is IBS?
IBS refers to Irritable Bowel Syndrome, a common condition that negatively influences the workings of the digestive system.
What causes IBS?
IBS often causes symptoms such as bloating, stomach cramps, constipation and diarrhoea. These symptoms usually come and go over time, and may last for days, weeks or months.
What can I eat with IBS?
If you suffer with IBS you should look to enrich your diet with low-fat foods, such as Fish, tofu, feta cheese, kiwi, strawberries, lettuce, carrots and potatoes. Lactose free milk or other Dairy Free alternatives may also reduce the chances of IBS related pain, gas, and diarrhoea.
