Bergamot (citrus aurantium), also known as Canton Bitter Orange, is grown around the Mediterranean. The peel is cold-pressed to extract the aromatic essential oil.

Directions of Use

Pour freshly boiled water on to the sachet. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Drink with or without milk or add a slice of lemon.
