What does bacteria do in the digestive system?

Our digestive system is colonised by billions of bacteria and most of them are harmless. Directions of Use

Take 1 Acidophilus Extra 10 Capsule daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Take with a glass of water or milk, or with a meal. 

Do not swallow Lamberts Acidophilus Extra 10 Capsules with hot drinks; heat kills bacteria.

Disintegration Time: Less than 30 minutes.

Each capsule delivers:

Lactobacillus acidophilus La5 10 x 109 (10 billion) live bacteria and Bifidobacterium Bb12

Encapsulated With:

Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide), Dextrose, Potato Starch, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

The dextrose and sucrose contents combined weigh less than 1/50 of a teaspoon (less than 1/2 a calorie).
