How can I use Carley's Organic Preserved Lemons?

Carley's Organic Preserved Lemons are an amazing ingredient to use in your savoury cooking. Why not add some of the chopped tender lemon rind to vegetable, chicken or Fish dishes.

Carley's Organic Preserved Lemons are also delicious when mixed into cous-cous too and are excellent in tagines. The intensely salty lemony brine is fantastic as a rub on chicken and lamb before cooking. A little of the lemon peel finely chopped works wonderfully with rice or pasta.

Another recipe favourite is to make a vegetable gratin with any seasonal vegetables (especially brussels sprouts), Garlic, chopped preserved lemon, parmesan, some Pine Nuts (or any other nuts you fancy),  a little Olive oil and some Sesame Seeds or breadcrumbs as a topping. Mix together then bake, simple and so delicious!
