Vegan Sandwiches

Ingredients

6 Slices of Profusion Organic Protein Bread, 1 avocado (mashed), 3 tbsp of organic beetroot houmous, green cress, pink cress, Himalayan pink salt.

Method

Slice the protein bread in half and remove the crusts. Lay all slices on a chopping board. Top 3 slices with the smashed avocado and pink cress and a sprinkle of salt and another three with the beetroot houmous and green cress. Place the remaining 6 slices on top of the filled ones and serve immediately, alongside the macarons and scones if using.
