Tired Feet & Legs
Achy and tired legs can occur due to a number of reasons. You could be struggling with your weight or it could simply be age catching up, either way it is a frustration that you should be able to live without. It is actually often down to poor blood circulation, meaning it collects in the legs. If this is the case, then getting some more exercise can be a great natural remedy and alternative option to supplements. Of course, poor circulation could simply be due to overly tight clothing, so take another look at your wardrobe to see if this could be the cause. There are several treatments you could try. If you have a brush, you can rub it against your legs and feet, which can enhance circulation. This is ideal to try before having a shower. Talking of shower, you could swap it for a bath and add some sea salt or Epsom salt. We also stock magnesium flakes, which are a popular option. Beyond exercise and bathing, a more unusual remedy is the application of apple cider vinegar. Whether it is adding it to the bath or rubbing it onto the skin afterwards, there have been studies linking it to a reduction in cramping and fatigue. Make sure you are consuming plenty of Vitamin D, drinking plenty of water and leading a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and with the correct footwear.
