Kindervital is a liquid food supplement that provides vitamin D and vital calcium to children, which is needed for their normal growth and bone development. The benefits of calcium and vitamin D are most notable for their contribution to the maintenance of normal teeth.
Calcium plays an important role in transmitting messages through the nerves, the release of hormones and muscle contraction. When the levels of blood calcium are low (due to poor calcium intake), it is taken from the bones to ensure normal cell function.
Younger children who are unable to obtain sufficient intake of calcium and vitamin D (which aids in calcium absorption) are most at risk of rickets (a bone-softening disease that causes poor growth, muscle pain and weakness). When kids obtain enough calcium and physical activity during early stages to teenage years, they will start their adult lives with the strongest bones possible.
Children aged 3 and over: Take 10ml of Floradix Kindervital for Children twice daily, preferably before meals.
