How many drops of rosemary oil should I use?

Try adding 3 drops of Absolute Aromas Rosemary Oil with 2 drops of lemon and 1 drop of peppermint to a tepid bath before an important occasion.

To aid concentration, in the office or when studying, add 3 drops of Absolute Aromas Rosemary Oil and 2 drops of grapefruit to the water in an oil burner of diffuser. Peppermint is also a good oil for concentration and blends well with Absolute Aromas Rosemary Oil.

Use a blend of 2 drops Absolute Aromas Rosemary Oil with 2 drops of black pepper and 3 drops of lavender in 15ml of peach kernel, and massage into over worked muscles.

Directions of Use

Absolute Aromas Rosemary Oil is ideally used in a diffuser for concentration and study, but also works well in a shower gel to help wake you up in the morning.
