Blend 3-5 drops of Absolute Aromas Refresh Blend Oil in 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto pulse points (equivalent to a 2% dilution).

When studying, add 2 drops of Absolute Aromas Refresh Blend Oil to a handkerchief or tissue and inhale occasionally.
