This sun-dried Raw Cacao Powder is made by grinding up raw cacao beans and then extracting the pure oil (cacao butter) in a cold-pressing process. Cacao is caffeine free and instead, contains another similar stimulant called theobromine. Theobromine is not as strong as caffeine, will not cause palpitations & headaches, and is longer lasting too!
