Directions of Use

Using only a small amount of this Mandarin Toothpaste, gently brush teeth and gums morning and evening, you can also brush after each meal if preferred.

There is no need to rinse remaining toothpaste away, as when left in the mouth it will continue to have a protective action against bacterial growth.
