Raspberry Smoothie with Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 100g organic raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120ml almond milk
  • 1 dessert spoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of manuka honey – optional

Preparation Time: 5 minutes.

Serves: 1 to 2.
