Directions of Use

To produce this delicious Bang Curry Naga Bang Spice Kit follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Finely dice a medium onion and finely grate four cloves of garlic and two inches of fresh ginger. Soften the onions, garlic and ginger in a pan using cooking oil for about 2 minutes on a low hob setting. The result should be a translucent mixture – don’t caramelise!
  • Step 2: Mix your Bang Curry Spice Mix into a paste using water and add this to the pan. If you wish, add some tomato puree or 1 - 2 diced tomatoes – continue to heat on a low setting.
  • Step 3: Add your main ingredient and stir under a raised heat for about one minute. Add boiling water to your desired consistency and simmer until cooked. The cooking time varies according to your main ingredient. For chicken and fish this is about twenty minutes and for red meat slow cooking by far gives the best results.
