WaxWrap Waxed Cotton Food Wraps - Set of 3

The wraps come in a set of three, each in a different size, so you can choose the perfect one for whichever food you want to store: 20x30cm/25x25cm/40x40cm.

WaxWraps are both self-adhesive and waterproof and can be used to cover containers or as a second skin for fruits, vegetables and more. The natural materials allow the food to breathe, keeping it fresher for longer. This waxwrap is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 approved.

These labels guarantee:

  • Certified organic natural fibres
  • Non-toxic textile ink
  • Certification of production procedures that meet rigorous environmental and social standards

WaxWraps are both self-adhesive and waterproof, and can be used to contain almost any food, including: bread, sandwiches, vegetables, fruits, snacks, cheese and salad.

What is WaxWrap made from?

WaxWrap is made by infusing pieces of cotton with a mixture of beeswax, pine rosin and Jojoba oil.

What makes WaxWrap different?

WaxWrap is a unique and healthier way to preserve your Food, saving money, time and the environment. In fact, 3150 years before Jesus christ, Wax Wrap was used by Ancient Egyptians, who recognised the value of beeswax in mummification. The used it for the embalming process and for preserving foods.

How many times can I use the WaxWrap?

WaxWrap is made to be used easily so you can use it in a bag, wrap or cutted roll format. Wash it, and you may be able to re-use it more than 200 times! And once your WaxWrap is dead, you can cut it up and & use it like a fire starter.
