WholeFoods Box Ltd T/A Natures Healthbox provides the services available on the website to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using our website you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when using or purchasing.

Natures Healthbox is the trading name of WholeFoods Box Ltd, a UK supplier of goods and services. Our registered office address is Natures Healthbox, 91 Lauriston Rd, London E9 7HJ . The company is registered at Companies House in England and Wales and the company registration number is 13794228.  All purchases made at www.natureshealthbox.co.uk come under UK jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise by both parties.

Prices

The prices shown on www.natureshealthbox.co.uk are inclusive of VAT at 20%, where applicable, at the current rates. The default currency of the website is GBP pound sterling.

Payment

You may pay using a credit/debit card through a secure payment gateway operated by Viva Wallet or Paypal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. At no time does any employee of Natures Healthbox have access to your personal card details. Your card details are not stored or recorded in any shape or form.

Terms of Sale

If you purchase any goods from Natures Healthbox you will be contracting with www.natureshealthbox.co.uk on the terms outlined within this document and not with any third parties. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, do not order any goods from Natures Healtbox. Stock Availability; items available from Natures Healthbox are normally available for dispatch within 2 working days if ordered before midday. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, Natures Healthbox will notify you via e-mail or telephone to discuss your options.


Natures Healthbox retains the right to suspend the supply of goods displayed on the website if it is out of stock or for general site maintenance and may do this without warning or notice. Natures Healthbox also reserves the right to change prices without notice or warning. Current prices of all goods are outlined on the product page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.


Once you have placed an order with Natures Healthbox you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, an e-mail from the Sagepay or Paypal payment gateway to confirm payment. Once you have received the email please make sure all details are correct as Natures Healthbox will not be held responsible if your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address being inputted. You will then receive a further email once your order has been dispatched.
Refunds will be made by the same method used to place the initial order.


Natures Healthbox may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers from time to time and may terminate these offers without prior warning or notice. Receipt of a discount/promotion/special offer code does not provide a guarantee that the code will be accepted once the discount/offer has ended. Discount codes do not apply to items covered by a promotion or to which a discount has already been applied. This includes promotional items added to the basket at no charge to the customer. Promotional items must be ordered prior to the end of a promotion in order to take advantage of any discounts attached.


Deliveries; full details of deliveries can be found here. If your items are damaged during delivery please contact us so we can resolve the issue. We will deliver purchased goods following the delivery option selected by you. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We use reputable delivery companies however we can not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Your parcel will be considered missing if it has not arrived 14 working days after the approximate delivery date indicated. Please contact us in this instance.


Returns; full details of returns can be found here.  If you are not completely happy with your product(s) please contact us to let us know and we will refund the item within 14 days of dispatch of your order. Returned items should be sent complete with their original packaging/unopened and your order number alongside a reason for return. If we have made a mistake or the item is damaged/defective we will provide a Freepost address for you to return the item(s) to and rectify the situation.
Cancellation; you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of your goods. Goods must be returned to us unused and as new together with their original packaging. Please also include your order number and request for a refund. 

Once an item has been opened and used this product becomes non-returnable. Please make sure you are happy with the product before opening and using it.

Force majeure; Natures Healthbox can not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability to you.


Customs duties and local taxes; For delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information or clarification of fees that may be incurred. Please note that when ordering from Natures Healthbox, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Products

During certain seasons some products will not travel as well. e.g. chocolate during Summer. We do advise contacting us via email before ordering.
