Directions of Use

Olbas Oil is suitable for adults and children from 3 months. 

If preferred for children use Olbas For Children 10ml which is a gentler formulation for little noses.

Method:

• Adding a few drops onto a handkerchief will help to unblock the stuffiest of noses.

• To unblock a stuffy nose and aid restful sleep at bedtime, try adding a few drops to your pillowcase or put the handkerchief inside your pillowcase.

• For an intense Olbas experience, add a few drops of Olbas Oil in a bowl of hot water, lean over it and cover your head with a towel.

• For tired, achy muscles, try massaging in a few drops of Olbas Oil for topical soothing relief.
