During our 8 years in business, we have always believed in putting the customer at the centre of everything that we do. In these uncertain times, with the news dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to give some insight into our response to this situation.

As is the case with all businesses, we have been monitoring the government response and information in relation to the virus. The health & safety of our employees, customers and suppliers are extremely important to us. With this in mind, we continue to adopt whatever measures we believe are required to keep all parties safe.

As we are a small family run business the only staff currently working from the office is myself (Jon) and my wife Zoe. Other members of staff are working from home and have done so since the first lockdown.

How long are orders taking to be delivered in the UK?

We send most of our orders out via Royal Mail 1st Class. Although Royal Mail are trying to deliver these in a 1-2 day period some parcels are taking up to 7 days

How long are orders taking to be delivered to International destinations?

International orders are usually delivered within a 7-10 day time frame. However we have expereinced some parcels taking up to 28 days to be delivered.

Are all items in stock?

Not all items are held in stock. We have 2 deliveries a day from our wholesalers and we aim to depsatch most orders within 48 hours of ordering.

Why are you not answering your phone line?

Our phone lines are currently closed. If you need to contact us please do so by emailing us at info@natureshealthbox.co.uk

Why are some products limited?

We have limited the quantities of some products so we have enough to go around to each and every customer.

My order has not arrived?

UK Delivery:

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch date, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office as they sometimes fail to leave a 'while you were out' card. Should the Royal Mail not be holding your delivery for collection, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery or send a replacement.

For delivery destinations outside the UK:

If your order has not arrived within 28 working days of the dispatch date, please contact your local mail delivery office for further information. If they cannot help please contact us so we can help resolve the issue for you.

Please note deliveries have also been heavily delayed due to Brexit.

What couriers do you use?

We currently use Royal Mail and DPD.
