Wild Planet tuna is a delicious, healthy way to enjoy tuna straight from the can. It is packed in cans with no added water or oil but retainsall of its natural juices and Omega 3 oils. For example Wild Planet Albacore Tuna is so high in Omega 3 because it is cooked only once, in the can (this allows for all of the natural fish oils to stay inside). Each two-ounce serving of Albacore tuna is thought to contain an average of 800mg EPA and DHA Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids. There aren’t many foods on the planet that match this DHA content, which is why Wild Planet tuna has been called a “foodaceutical” by many nutritionists.
