A natural and unpasteurised product, OSU includes ‘the Mother’, which are the strands of protein present within raw Apple Cider Vinegar as a result of the fermentation process.

OSU is blended with the juice of real apples to balance the tang of the vinegar with the natural sweetness of apples. This results is a superior ACV product that has a distinct, subtle sweetness.

How can I use the Vinegar?

OSU Apple Cider Vinegar can be used in a variety of ways, however it is commonly consumed with water as a daily tonic for maintaining overall well-being. To drink, dilute to taste with still, sparkling or warm water. You can also use OSU Apple Cider Vinegar as a dressing for salads, in marinades or even as an ingredient in cakes!
