Ecoegg - The kinder & more Economical Laundry solution 

The Ecoegg is a complete replacement for laundry detergent and fabric conditioner but works without the use of harmful chemicals. It contains mineral pellets that lift away dirt without fading colours or leaving chemical residue on your clothes.

What makes the Ecoegg stand out?

It was featured on BBC1's Shop Well For The Planet. The cleaning pellets found within each and every Ecoegg are free from harsh chemicals, microplastics, parabens, bleaches, palm oil, and optical brighteners. They are ideal for even the most delicate of Skin too, and have held Allergy UK’s ‘Allergy Friendly Product’ award since 2011. Ecoegg's don't contain any Soap agents and leave almost no residue on your clothes. Therefore, the rinse cycle can be significantly reduced, saving your time, water and electricity.

How do you use eggs in laundry?

Ecoegg Laundry Eggs can be used in washes up to 60 degrees Celsius. They will also work well in cold water washes or for hand washing. One Ecoegg Laundry Egg is suitable for washing machines up to 7-8kg, however if you have a much larger washing machine, you will need to use two of them.

Please allow plenty of space in your washing machine for the clothes and the Ecoegg Laundry Egg to move around freely, and remember you must remove it for the final drying cycle if you have a washer-dryer.

Do you use fabric softener with an Ecoegg?

You do not need to use fabric conditioner with the Ecoegg as the mineral pellets soften the fibres of your Laundry. If you wish to use fabric softener, this will not affect the operation of the Ecoegg. Alternatively, some customers find that a couple of drops of essential oil works great.
