Delicious Coconut & Apricot Energy Balls
Here is a wonderful recipe for you to use when wanting to make your own delicious, slow releasing energy balls. They are great to have before exercising or just as a simple snack.
Preparation: 15 Minutes.
Serves: 12 Balls
- 1 half teaspoon Coconut Butter.
- 3 tablespoons of Dried Apricots.
- 2 tablespoons of Dessicated Coconut (you will need more for the finished design).
- 3 tablespoons of Porridge Oats.
Place all the ingredients into a small blender and pulse until well combined. Take out tablespoons of the mixture, and roll into balls. Dust with Dessicated Coconut, or Sesame Seeds, before chilling until you desire.
