Delamere Dairy's Greek goats' cheese is similar to feta cheese in texture, but it is made using 100% goats' milk rather than the traditional feta combination of sheep and goats' milk. The cheese comes in a block so you can cut it as you wish. It makes a wonderful salad accompaniment, especially a Greek salad, of course.
