The No.1 Choice for Keto Friendly Bread

Dillon Organic's great tasting Bread that helps to keep you fuller for longer, and replaces the need to reach for a high carb loaf with a healthy, keto based alternative.

How did the Dillon Organic brand start?

It was founded by Nick Bildner in 2016 after a long journey in bringing the original idea of the brand to the natural food market. As a co-founder of Pulsin, a company making plant based nutrition bars and protein powders, Nick already had fourteen years experience in the natural foods industry under his belt. As someone who suffered with a rare autoimmune skin condition, Nick designed his keto bread brand to help with his hybrid dieting model of switching between keto and low GL diets. He named the brand after his son, Dillon, who regularly helped him with the original baking processes. The  resulting bread also had the added benefit of keeping Dillon’s moods more stable too as he began to consume more of this new concept of bread Nick over the regular refined white bread he once brought from his local shop.

What makes Dillon Organic bread stand out?

Unlike many low carb breads, Dillon Organic never uses thickeners, additives or emulsifiers and stays away from added eggs & gluten. Instead, they use natural, plant based ingredients such as flaxseeds, sunflower seeds to bind the bread together. In fact, the flax and Sunflower Seeds in Dillon Organic bread provide a fantastic source of healthy omega 3 & 6 fats. Studies show that eating foods rich in unsaturated fats improve blood cholesterol levels, which can decrease the risk of a heart attack and stroke. Omega 3 fatty acids in particular improve heart health by lowering blood pressure and reducing unhealthy cholesterol levels, blood clots, and irregular heartbeats. They are also highly important in brain function.

What does organic mean in bread?

Organic farming does not use artificial fertilisers, which cause environmental pollution, lead to disease in animals & humans but also heavily increase greenhouse gases by the way they are manufactured. Instead, organic farmers build and use compost for fertile soils. Organic farming is also important for maintaining biodiversity and are havens for wildlife such as bees, birds and butterflies. Finally, organic farming is safer for humans as there are fewer pesticides, nutritionally different food, no genetically modified ingredients, reduced use of antibiotics, and more resilient & sustainable farms.

    Who are Dillon's target consumers?

Those with autoimmune diseases, like the brands founder Nick, those looking to maintain a healthy weight, and those people looking to sustain their levels of energy throughout the day by reducing their reliance on refined carbohydrates.
