In our quest to nourish both body and soul, vegetable soup holds a special place at Karine & Jeff. It epitomises our philosophy: healthy eating should be a feast for the senses. Our vegetable soup, the first in our collection and the cornerstone of our range, embodies this ideal. It is the symbol of our culinary journey spanning over 20 years, the 'mother soup' from which all our creativity springs. We firmly believe that a bowl of soup a day is essential for maintaining a clear mind and a strong body. It lays the foundation for a day filled with tasty moments. Our recipe is a tribute to the kitchen garden, brimming with sweet carrots, nourishing cabbage, aromatic onions, and leeks, all enhanced with a hint of rosemary for a herbaceous touch. This soup is a true vegetable medley-a combination of textures and flavours that celebrates simplicity and authenticity. It stands as a pillar of our commitment to natural, delicious food, a daily reminder of the vital importance of vegetables in our diet. We recognise that the hectic pace of modern life doesn't always allow time to prepare a balanced meal. That's why our vegetable soup is more than just a dish: it's a promise of well-being, a shortcut to conscious eating. Our founders consider it the elixir of youth, designed to be enjoyed all year round, on its own, or with a crisp salad or some stewed meat for an even more nourishing meal. Although traditionally enjoyed warm, this soup could very well be interpreted as an "autumnal gazpacho," offering comfort and sweetness in any season. Its smooth consistency and clear flavor make this soup an almost heavenly experience, a true invitation to revitalization. This Savoury squash & carrot bisque is a cornerstone of our range, a staple for all occasions, synonymous with well-being and contentment. It embodies a balanced meal and can be enhanced with fresh herbs such as parsley or chives to vary the flavors and add a touch of freshness.
