Raw, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil in protective dark glass with mythical Greek artwork, designed to stand out on a shelf, for everyday home use and gifting. Honest Toil is a small-batch extra virgin olive oil from Kyparissia, Greece, produced by Tom and Juli through a network of family-run micro-groves and local cooperative presses. Working directly with growers, the oil is fully traceable from grove to bottle. A 100% unprocessed "olive juice", it reflects the people, place, and season behind each harvest. Made from early-harvest Koroneiki olives, picked while still green and cold-pressed within hours, the oil is totally raw, unfiltered and unblended. It's vibrant and bright green, with fresh grassy notes and that signature peppery kick at the back of your throat - a sign of freshness and high polyphenol content. Produced with a low-intervention approach, it prioritises flavour and integrity over yield. For both retailers and kitchens, it delivers on what matters: clear provenance, proper flavour, and versatility. It's the kind of oil you can use every day - cooking, finishing, on the pass - which is why chefs rely on it, and why customers come back to it. Over 16 harvests, Honest Toil has grown organically through the restaurant world, and is now used by some of the UK's most respected kitchens, bakeries, and food spaces. This chef-led endorsement carries through to retail too, where customers increasingly want to buy the same oil they see used in professional kitchens that they trust. Distinctive packaging made in collaboration with artists, alongside a clear, producer-first story, gives it strong shelf presence and makes it a natural gifting option, while still remaining approachable in price and positioning. In short, Honest Toil is a chef-approved, small-batch olive oil with strong provenance, standout flavour, and real appeal across deli, grocery, and food-led retail environments - with strong repeat purchase driven by everyday use.
