Duddleswell Smoked is a cheddar-style sheep milk cheese that has been matured for a minimum of 5 months, before being gently smoked over oak shavings at the Dairy. The smoking gives the cheese an attractive colour, moreish sweetness and natural smoke flavour that compliments the nutty sweetness of the cheese.
