Our Cow and Sheep milk Halloumi is made in the traditional manner using organic milk and is provided in a salt brine with the addition of mint. The cheese has the classic semi-soft texture and is delicious in a stir fry with tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano served on a bed of rice or pasta, or baked.
