The raw ingredients selected for Herbamare Low Salt are organically grown and brought to A.Vogel's factory within hours of being harvested. Vegetables are brought in from the fields and finely chopped, and then mixed with kelp & potassium chloride and allowed to marinate. The remaining moisture is gently removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature to bring out the flavour of the vegetables, yielding a truly fresh condiment with a superior flavour.
