Seven Sisters is a semi-soft sheep milk cheese with a coating of Hebridean seaweed. The curd-washed cheese has a smooth texture and a moreish flavour thanks for the nutty sheep milk and umami notes of the seaweed. Seven Sisters won a Gold at the British Cheese Awards and a Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards, both in 2022, and 'Best Sheep Cheese' at the Artisan Cheese Awards in 2023.
