Doves Farm are organic Flour specialists and a family owned enterprise that was founded in 1978 by Michael and Clare Marriage. Based on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border, they are an organic farm and understand that maintaining fair and sustainable agricultural systems is extremely important. This is why Doves Farm put a lot of effort into producing products of a high standard for people who care about the quality and healthfulness of the Food they eat and the world we live in. They have over twenty-five products certified with the Fairtrade Foundation, including cereal bars, flapjacks and Cookies, and try to source as many Fairtrade ingredients as they can for their products. The majority of Doves Farm products are organic, all are vegetarian, quite a few are vegan and several of the company's products are also suitable for those on Gluten Free, wheat free, or diabetic diets too!
