Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Toddy
To Serve 1:
250ml Cashew Milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp each of cardamom, cinnamon, grated ginger
Pinch vanilla powder
6 drops liquid stevia
Heat milk gently over medium heat for 2-3 mins until just warm. Add spices, ginger and vanilla and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Strain through fine sieve and sweeten with stevia.
