Dosage Advice for Love CBD Sublingual Sprays:

Everyone reats to CBD differently. Whichever product you are using, some of us are naturally more sensitive to CBD than others.

With CBD it is important to start with a small dose and build up slowly.

This is why we urge caution when you are new to CBD. Discover how your body reacts to CBD for a few days before increasing the dose.

Therefore, for the first 3 days of use....

Take 1 spray under the tongue, ideally before food. Hold the oil under your tongue for 2 minutes, then swallow.

After 3 days of use...

Decide if you would like to increase to 1 spray taken 2 times per day, ideally before food.

After the first week of use...

Decide if you would like to increase to 1 spray taken 3 times per day, ideally before food.

After 2 weeks of use...

Decide if you would like to increase to 2 sprays taken 3 times per day, ideally before food.

We do not recommend taking more than 9 sprays per day in total.

Why holding Sublingual Oils under your tongue is important?

- CBD is fat soluable. That is a problem for us because our bodies are made of water.
- When we swallow CBD it goes straight through us, with hardly any of it reaching our bloodstream.
- By holding the oil under our tongue we have a direct route into our bloodstream.

Dosage Advice for Love CBD Capsules:

Taking Dutch & Entourage capsules for the first 3 days of use...

These are best taken with food. Take 1 capsule daily for the first 3 days.

In the month ahead...

If needed, slowly increase intake to 2 or 3 capsules taken 3 times per day, depending on the type of capsules you have. Always spread the intake evenly throughout the day.

Entourage Capsules: Take up to 2 Capsules, 3 times per day.
