Bhaji refers to a food containing a small quantity of chopped vegetables that are battered and deep-fried.

Yes! Bhaji are tasty vegan Indian food treats, made with gram flour and vegetables.

 

Directions of Use

Ingredients

1 Bang Bhajis scratch recipe kit.

1 Large onion.

Optional

A handful of fresh coriander for garnishing.

Method

Finely slice the onion and chop the coriander. Mix Bang's spices and flour pack with up to 150ml of cold water into a smooth batter. Add the onion and coriander. Mix in and stir thoroughly. Heat some oil in a pan until very hot. Fry spoonful's of batter in the oil until crisp and golden. Rotate the bhajis for even cooking, this takes 3 to 4 minutes.
