Directions of Use

To open the bottle, take off the cap. Hold the bottle between your index and middle fingers, with your thumb underneath and resting on the finger rests. Lean your head forward slightly and close one nostril. Insert the spray tip into the open nostril. Gently inhale through your nose while firmly and quickly pressing down on the pump. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
