    Mulberries (Morus alba) are juicy, sweet berries sourced from the fast-growing, small to medium-sized Moraceae plant, which grows between 10–20 m in height. While this mulberry tree has a particularly short lifespan compared to humans, there are some records of the plant lasting for 250 years!

    They have a good balance of tart and sweet-like flavours, and sometimes feature a hint of woody cedar or spices.
