Himalayan Pink Salt is one of the purest and most beneficial forms of salt. Mined from salt beds deep in the Himalayan  Mountains and stone ground.  Rich in the same trace elements and minerals found in the human body including iron which give it the distinctive pink colour.  Can be used in food and cooking as well as for a health soak and detoxifying bath. It is thought to help regulate water content in the body as well as maintaining a healthy pH in cells.
