Directions of Use

Spatone Apple Iron Supplement with Vitamin C is best taken on an emtpy stomach and ideally taken diluted in fruit juice in the morning or in between meals. If you don't want to take Spatone Apple Iron Supplement with Vitamin C first thing in the morning you can also take it at night before you go to bed.

During pregnancy you can take up to two Spatone Apple Iron Supplement with Vitamin C sachets per day to maintain your iron levels. Either take two sachets together or one in the morning and one in the evening.

Caution:
