Increased dose of Sambucol Immuno Forte Black Elderberry Liquid is recommended during winter months (see pack directions for details). Winter weather puts additional strain on our immune system. Warm indoors, cold outdoors, dry air and people under the weather, all this requires your immune system to fight stronger. That's why Sambucol recommend increasing the dosage of this product during the winter season.

Directions of Use

Recommended Daily Dose:

• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons).
• Children 3-12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon).

Winter Dose:

• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily.
• Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.

Caution:

• Not suitable for children under 3 years.
• Do not exceed the recommended intake.
• If pregnant, breast feeding or under medical supervision, please seek medical advice before taking.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Once opened, keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a dry place below 25oC.
