A half to one tablespoon of Clearspring Organic Gluten Free Kuzu Starch Thickener will thicken one cup of liquid. Please note: 1 ¾ tbsp. of Clearspring Organic Gluten Free Kuzu Starch Thickener can replace 1 tbsp of corn flour.
