When should I take Phynova Joint & Muscle Relief Tablets?

Phynova recommend that you take their Joint & Muscle Relief Tablets twice a day, every day (these do NOT need to be taken with food).

No! Phynova Joint & Muscle Relief Tablets are not suitable for those under the age of 18 years.

Directions of Use

Adults over 18 years & the eldery: Take one Phynova Joint & Muscle Relief Tablet twice daily (one in the morning & one at night). Tablets should be swallowed with a little water or other Drink.

Caution:

Each film coated Phynova Joint & Muscle Relief Tablet contains 500mg of extract (as dry extract) from Sigesbeckia orientalis L. subsp. pubescens aerial parts (equivalent to 4 - 5g of Sigesbeckia orientalis L. subsp. pubescens (Makino) H. Koyama).

Extraction solvent: Water.

Allergen Information:

Contains Sigesbeckia. Not suitable for those with an allergy to this active ingredient or to any plant of the Asteraceae family, which includes daisies, marigols & artichokes.
