What is DHA?
DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) is an omega 3 fatty acid and a primary structural component of the brain, Skin, retina and cerebral cortex. Most DHA is found in almost exclusively in animal foods, such as seafood, pasture-raised meat and some dairy products.

Like DHA, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is also a long chain n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), and a precursor to DHA. EPA has numerous antiatherosclerotic effects including vasodilation, antiplatelet aggregation, and anti-inflammation.
What are the benefits of EPA and DHA?
