Merchant Gourmet Chestnut Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savoury foods. Or though it is unsweetened, you can sweeten this delicious puree by combining with it caster Sugar and beating the mixture until smooth.

Directions of Use

Chestnut Puree can be used in everything from stuffings, soups and sauces to baking and dessert recipes.

Store unopened tin in a cool, dry place.

Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight non-metallic container, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
