Lucys Vegan Chill Mayonnaise has a creamy texture, reminiscent of regular brands of mayonnaise but with that added spicy kick from the chilli and red jalapeo ingredients. However, this mayonnaise remains relatively balanced and is not hot or overpowering thanks to a moderate hit of acid from lemon juice concentrate, which works to balance out its overall richness and flavour.
