What is MSM?
MSM stands for methyl sulfonyl methane and is a compound found naturally in foods such as meat, seafood, cow's milk, fruits and vegetables. It is thought to work by contributing sulfur and is found in capsule or tablet forms. Small quantities of MSM occur naturally in many foods, and it is therefore a source of sulphur in the diet, along with the sulphur containing Amino Acids found in dietary proteins. There is no dietary requirement for MSM but several studies have indicated that MSM supplements may be useful for some people as part of a joint care regime.
What is MSM good for?
