Flaxseeds, are relatively chewy seeds that are abundant in essential Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants and monounsaturated Fatty Acids, like oleic acid. They are often used as part of a home Baking ingredient in Bread, breakfast bars or cakes, and have a subtle nutty, slightly earthy flavour.
