Coconut is the fruit of the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) which is fast becoming a staple in the Kitchen and restaurants around the Great Britain. Coconut can be used in the form of Coconut Water, Coconut Milk, Coconut Oil, and in its original meaty form. It is an excellent source of dietary fibre and can complement a wide variety of sweet & savoury dishes too!
