Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Red Salmon is cooked in it's own waters. Also known as Red/sockeye salmon, the fish is chopped and put in cans complete with bones and skin, then cooked - looks less dainty but keeps the nutrition in.

Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Red Salmon is sustainably caught wild salmon that is tinned with any extra ingredients being organic. It is caught in various fisheries around the Atlantic. No drag nets are used. Red/sockeye salmon eat a lot of krill (tiny shrimps) and that's where the colour comes from from - much reder than pinks in the flesh.

Fishing is seasonal, with none taking place during the breeding season. Fish4Ever use fishermen that fish in small, community-based fishing boats that leave port in the morning, and return at night. No large scale industrial boats are used.

The largest salmon run in the sea is in Bristol Bay and that's why Fish4Ever go behind the local campaign to stop a British mining multinational from putting at risk this unique natural resource at a time when wild salmon populations in other parts of the world, such as Scotland, have almost all disappeared.
