Directions of Use

Ecoegg Laundry Egg Instructions:

Firstly, it is advised to clean your machine with a detox rablet so that any residue from previously used detergents or fabric conditioners are cleaned away. Then, simply open your Ecoegg Fresh Linen Laundry Egg and fill the larger half of the egg with the two types of mineral pellets. Close your egg so that it ‘clicks’ and place it in your washing machine on top of your laundry. Please allow plenty of space in your washing machine for the clothes and the Ecoegg Laundry Egg to move around freely, and remember you must remove it for the final drying cycle if you have a washer-dryer.

Handwash Instructions:

The Ecoegg Fresh Linen Laundry Egg is also suitable for handwashing - place the egg to soak in water for 5-10 minutes then hand wash as normal.

Caution:

  • Ecoegg Fresh Linen Laundry Egg can only be used in washes up to 60 degrees Celsius.
  • Ecoegg Fresh Linen Laundry Egg is suitable for washing machines up to 7-8kg, however if you have a much larger washing machine, you will need to use 2 of them.
